Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy is issued by the Company. The Company's full identity, address, and legal contact details appear at the bottom of this page.
This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, why we use them in connection with the Service, how we group them into categories, and how you can manage your choices at any time. It applies to any use of the Platform, whether you act as a User of a customer organization or as a visitor to our public sites. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which addresses the processing of your personal information more broadly.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are
> In short: a cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you use the Service. Among other things, it lets us recognize you from one page to the next and keep your session open securely.
A cookie is a small text file that a website or application places on your computer, tablet, or mobile device when you use it. It allows the Service to recognize your device, remember certain information about your visit or session, and make certain features work properly.
Other similar technologies may be used for the same or comparable purposes, including:
- local storage and session storage in your browser, used by modern web applications like ours to retain certain preferences or interface states without relying solely on cookies;
- tracking pixels or tags, which may be embedded in emails or web pages to measure interactions;
- server-side technical identifiers tied to your session, in particular to maintain your authentication.
In this policy, the term "cookies" refers to all of these technologies collectively, unless stated otherwise.
The Platform is a multi-tenant cloud solution offering artificial intelligence features, including text and voice conversational agents, used by customer organizations and their own users. Cookies play a particularly important role in ensuring these features function properly, securely, and with continuity of session.
2. The categories of cookies we use
> In short: we use three categories of cookies — essential, analytics, and marketing. Essential cookies are always active; the other two categories can be turned off at your discretion.
We classify the cookies we use (or that we allow to be set in connection with the Service) into three categories, each tied to a specific purpose and its own consent regime.
2.1 Essential cookies
Purpose: these cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function. They cannot be disabled in our systems, because the Service cannot operate properly without them.
Examples of purpose:
- keeping your session authenticated while you are logged in to the Platform, including while using a text or voice conversational agent;
- ensuring the security of the Service, including preventing cross-site request forgery and detecting suspicious activity;
- retaining your essential navigation preferences within a single session (for example, your selected interface language);
- balancing load across our technical systems and ensuring the Service's availability in a multi-tenant environment.
Can be disabled: no. These cookies are always active and are not subject to your consent, since they are indispensable to providing the Service you have requested.
2.2 Analytics cookies
Purpose: these cookies help us understand how the Service is used, so we can measure its performance and guide our improvement decisions.
Examples of purpose:
- measuring overall traffic to our sites and to certain sections of the Platform, using audience measurement tools;
- understanding, on an aggregated basis, which features are most and least used;
- detecting recurring technical errors or performance issues so we can prioritize fixes.
Can be disabled: yes. You may refuse or withdraw your consent to this category at any time, without affecting your access to the Service.
2.3 Marketing cookies
Purpose: these cookies serve promotional purposes, campaign tracking, or personalization of commercial content.
Examples of purpose:
- measuring the effectiveness of communication or promotional campaigns related to the Service;
- limiting the repetition of the same advertising or promotional message;
- where applicable, enabling the Customer's voluntary integration of third-party messaging features, where the Customer chooses to connect such tools for its own use of the Platform.
Can be disabled: yes. You may refuse or withdraw your consent to this category at any time, without affecting your access to the Service.
3. How consent is managed and how to withdraw it
> In short: on your first visit, you are asked to make a choice for analytics and marketing cookies. You can revisit that choice at any time from the Service's consent settings.
Because essential cookies are necessary for the Service to function, they do not require your prior consent. For analytics and marketing cookies, your consent is requested during your first interaction with the Service, through a preference management module.
This module lets you:
- accept or refuse each disableable category (analytics, marketing) separately;
- accept all categories in a single action, or accept only essential cookies;
- review the current state of your choices at any time thereafter.
Withdrawing consent. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future, by returning to the preference management module, which is generally accessible from a dedicated link or button on our pages. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
You can also manage or block cookies directly from your browser settings. This method, however, applies to all sites you visit, not only the Service, and may also affect the operation of certain features that depend on essential cookies. We therefore recommend using the Service's preference management module for precise, category-by-category control.
4. Cookies set by our subprocessors
> In short: some of our subprocessors, who provide us with technical services, may set their own cookies in connection with the features they make possible.
In providing the Service, we rely on certain subprocessors who may, for the purposes of the features they provide to us, set their own cookies on your device. This is notably the case for third-party messaging features that the Customer voluntarily chooses to connect to its own environment on the Platform, and, where applicable, audience measurement tools.
These cookies are governed by the policies specific to each of these subprocessors, as well as by the categories described in section 2 of this policy, depending on the purpose for which they are set. The current list of categories of subprocessors the Company relies on, including those that may set cookies, is available in our Subprocessor List, accessible separately among our legal documents.
Where a subprocessor is associated with a disableable category (analytics or marketing), your refusal or withdrawal of consent for that category, as described in section 3, also applies to the cookies that subprocessor would otherwise be able to set.
5. How long cookies are retained
> In short: some cookies last only as long as your session; others persist on your device for longer, until they expire or are deleted.
How long a cookie is retained varies according to its nature and purpose:
- Session cookies: these are automatically deleted when you close your browser. Several essential cookies, in particular those related to maintaining your authenticated session, fall into this category.
- Persistent cookies: these remain on your device for a set period, ranging from a few days to several months depending on their purpose. Analytics and marketing cookies are generally persistent, so as to allow for consistent measurement over time.
In all cases, a cookie is not retained longer than is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was set, and you may at any time delete cookies already set on your device through your browser settings, or withdraw your consent to prevent them from being set again, as described in section 3.
6. Changes to this policy
> In short: we may update this policy from time to time; the version in effect is always the one published on this page.
We may amend this Cookie Policy from time to time, in particular to reflect changes to the Service, the features offered, our subprocessors, or the applicable legal framework. Any amendment takes effect as soon as it is published on this page, unless otherwise indicated.
We encourage you to review this page periodically. In the event of a significant change affecting the categories of cookies used or how your consent is managed, we may, depending on the circumstances, notify you by a reasonable means, including a notice displayed on the Service or through the preference management module.
